From a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, Judge Napolitano has personally witnessed many of the newly found emails from Hillary Clinton’s private email server, and claims that several of those emails do indeed contain classified information, including the locations of coalition (French) fighter jets during the bombardment of Libya, and, unbelievably, the location of Ambassador Chris Stevens in Libya.
Hillary was Secretary of State. I expect that nearly all emails from any Secretary of State to anyone in an official capacity should be, and would be, classified. There must be hundreds of classified emails involved, each and every one a felony!
One of Hitlery’s personal traits that really grates on me like fingernails on a chalkboard is the artificially slow bobbing of her head when she is being questioned. But in this case, as a backdrop to Judge Napolitano’s blistering indictment at the 3:00 mark, it seems so apropos. She appears to be agreeing with the Judge’s condemnation.
