Where have Fox News and Rush Limbaugh been on Operation American Spring? Invisible! I admit I was not the least bit surprised to see a total blackout from the likes of CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, and CNN. However, I was SHOCKED to see a total facepalm come from Fox And Limbaugh. I suppose Fox’s screeching faux patriots, like Sean Hannity and Megyn Kelly have better stories to cover, treating cracked heels or something. I used to watch Fox News every day. I have not tuned in now for over a week, and I absolutely refuse to. I will get my news from the internet and alternative media from now on. The liberal media sets a new speed record in trotting out a freshly-grieving parent to blame and attack the NRA, as though the executives at the NRA personally sent a loaded handgun to a homicidal maniac and encouraged him to go on a killing spree. California already has strict gun laws. If they ban guns outright it will have ZERO positive impact. In fact, any impact at all will be negative, as then honest, law-abiding citizens will be denied the right to defend themselves. A total ban on guns is STUPID! Unregistered, illicit guns are easier to buy than marijuana. The killer was reported to the police to be suicidal and potentially homicidal weeks before his killing spree. Why isn't the inaction of the police being questioned? The killer was a young, liberal man, raised by liberal parents. Why isnt' that being examined? Like nearly all mass murderers recently, the perpetrator was a liberal. Maybe we just need to ban liberals. The site of the massacre was a "no-gun zone." I'm sure the killer just didn't see the sign. Maybe we just need bigger signs. Ban all guns so that only criminals will have them, and bigger signs! Yeah, that's the ticket!….

Our federal Executive branch, Legislative branch, and Judicial branch, are all following an un-American, unconstitutional agenda. We can elect brain-dead morons into the first two branches, but shouldn't career-long attorneys and judges have at least a basic understanding of our Constitution? The Fourth Amendment states, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." That is so intentionally simple. It does not say that the people shall be secure against unreasonable searches, as long as X, Y, and Z. It says the people shall be secure against unreasonable searches….PERIOD!!!! The text of the amendment elaborates that "unreasonable" would include without a warrant and/or probable cause. How can jurists with so much education and experience be so dense?….
