At a meeting this week in Miami, sponsored by MSNBC and Telemundo, Barrack Hussein promised that “there will be consequences” for federal ICE agents who disobey his unlawful amnesty orders, which have already been shot down by a federal court judge in Texas.

No matter. Barrack Hussein is driving on. He is king, after all. He compared ICE agents to the military in that they are “expected to follow” orders explicitly.

Said Barrack Hussein: “Look, the bottom line is that if somebody is working for ICE and there is a policy and they don’t follow the policy, there are going to be consequences to it.”

What Barrack doesn’t understand, apparently, is that there is ZERO obligation to follow an unlawful order. Leaders are expected to not issue unlawful orders, and if they do there is no obligation whatsoever for his subordinates to obey those orders. If they do, they are likewise culpable.

If Barrack Hussein issued an order that federal law enforcement officials are to shoot all redheads on sight that would obviously be an unlawful order which his subordinates have no obligation to follow. It’s that simple!
