Ann Coulter goes on a rant the likes of which I have never seen from her over President Trump’s ill-advised (my opinion) attack on Assad’s forces in Syria.
Does anyone remember when Assad invited the United States into Syria? Oh, that’s right, it never happened. As always, our leaders just take us wherever they feel like and we get to suffer the consequences.
The attack on Assad is foolish. From what we know so far, Assad’s Air Force bombed a terrorist munitions dump. A chemical gas believed to be Sarin was released into the air locally and 75 people perished. Collateral damage. Assad claims the Sarin was in canisters or bombs in the munitions dump and that is the source of the chemical leak. Perfectly plausible, and I believe it. Similar cases of collateral damage have happened to the US military on many occasions.
Somehow, based upon nothing more than the flight plan of Assad’s Air Force, our Pentagon has determined that it was Assad who used chemical weapons to kill his own people, which is ridiculous!
