Kurt Schlichter nails it! Liberals have been silent on the genocide in Iraq because, well…. they kinda' like it. At least they prefer it to the alternative – admitting they were wrong and sending US armed forces to squash the ISIS scumbags like the repulsive cockroaches that they are. Unable to deal with the fact that reality is black and white, not gray, that there is genuine evil in this world, and that you can't rehabilitate homicidal maniacs into kind and loving gentlemen, they simply ignore reality and the facts on the ground, which do not fit their agenda nor their narrative. Thus in their warped, Utopian minds, evil does not exist, except in their memories of Ronald Reagan. Lunatics, I mean liberals, hate our military and its skill in exterminating wicked vermin like ISIS. The beheading of children appears to be preferable to them. But they can't admit that. So, what do we hear from the left?…. crickets! Speaking out against this genocide means they would have to admit that they were wrong, which makes rape, murder, and mass misery preferable, as long as it is not them doing the suffering. Schlichter: "Would you allow the genocide to continue rather than putting American forces on the ground in Iraq? There’s no nuance. There’s no gray area. There’s no third choice. We either go in heavy and end this butchery, or it continues. Choose, liberals." Oh, the wailing and gnashing of teeth in Berkeley and Cambridge must be deafening.

This new Pope continues to amaze me. Thus far I haven't agreed with much of what he has said. Now the UnPope has me really perplexed. He is openly suggesting for armed aggression against ISIS…. and I agree with him! It's a very unpapal thing to say, but is absolutely the correct thing to say and suggest. He has asked the world to "stop these crimes" declaring that we need "a professional, well-equipped army." Good call, your Popeness! We happen to have a "professional, well-equipped army." My question is who is going to pay for it? We are tapped out.

The first thing that caught my attention in this article from The Daily Mail was the byline. I wondered if this is the same Jonathan Krohn who spoke so eloquently at the 2009 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), as a 13-year old conservative. It is! He has since left the conservative camp, becoming a liberal, even though he shuns any political affiliation. OK, he's confused. He's young. He'll come to his senses. Now every bit of 18 he is working as a journalist (incredible in itself) for a Kurdish media company, and is the first reporter to document the horror on Mount Sinjar, providing photo and video of on-the-ground conditions on Mount Sinjar, where the Yazidis have been trapped without food and water. True to form, King Hussein's hesitation to act has been very costly, as some reports are that up to 70% of the 40,000 Yazidis trapped on Mount Sinjar have perished.
