Texas and six other states joined in a federal lawsuit that was filed Tuesday to terminate Barack Hussein’s DACA program which he illegally established by executive order, ignoring constitutionally-required congressional approval.

Their parents overstayed their visas and are still undocumented. THAT is the problem these girls have and they need look no further than their parents for who to blame. I guess applying for a visa renewal was too much trouble, so the family lived in the shadows, undocumented, ever since. 

Nancy “Batshit Crazy” Pelosi and the Democrats are planning to fill the House chamber with Dreamers (illegal aliens) during President Trump’s SOTU Address, possibly to cause a commotion, provide a bit of theater, and disrupt the event as much as possible. 

Failure to apply for a resident visa within 30 days of the implementation of the program will trigger the deportation process. Once deported, the immigrant can still apply for a visa like all other immigrants who wish to become American citizens, but must go to the back of the line.

The New York Times and other leftist rags are actually placing the blame for the government shutdown where it belongs, squarely at the feet of Senate Democrats.

I see no need to use DACA as a bargaining chip to build the wall when no Democrat cooperation has been needed to build it so far or in the future as long as the GOP enjoys majorities in both chambers of Congress. The more likely explanation is, “Oh, yeah, I had to soften on DACA to get the wall built.” Chalk it up to public relations!

Hundreds of immigrant youth descended upon the Hart Senate building Thursday afternoon, gathering in mass protest of the Trump administration’s decision to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Act.

The arrests come at a time when Congress is debating what to do about Dreamers, and the arrests could complicate the picture painted of Dreamers as law-abiding standouts who are victims of circumstance.
