The more I see of Ted Cruz, the more I dislike him. I think he is disingenuous, his faux piety is sickening, and lying and cheating may work on the left side of the aisle, but I don’t think conservative voters are going for it.
Watch as Cruz gives his closing statement, boasting of how “the people of Iowa put country and our children above the cronyism and corporate welfare – we can turn this country around if….” yada, yada, yada.
Trump’s terse rejoinder had even Jeb Bush and John Kasich laughing out loud. Said The Donald, “That’s because he got Ben Carson’s votes….”
