Of course you do! "We didn't have time" is the worst, lamest, most erroneous excuse I have ever heard a coward speak. Our RDFs (Rapid Deployment Forces) live and train for that very mission, and there were several, locked and loaded, within an hour or two of Benghazi that would have certainly saved lives.
