I think Steve Bannon just got a promotion. Since the famous escalator ride, every fiber of Bannon’s being has been dedicated to making America great again. He believed the best place for him to contribute to that end was from inside the Trump White House.

However, life in the fishbowl did not exactly agree with Bannon as he found himself often at odds with other White House staffers. Loyal to the president to the end, Bannon never hesitated to advise courses of action he thought best for President Trump and the nation.

Bannon is now gone from the White House and back as chief at Breitbart News, a position from which he can get much more done to further the cause than from a White House advisory position amidst peers of questionable loyalty. He is far more valuable to the president from his position at Breitbart than he was in the White House. He can now attack President Trump’s enemies without interference from politically correct, finger-in-the-wind beltway lifers and nepotists.

Donald Trump’s ousted top strategist Steve Bannon vowed today to keep fighting for the president from outside the White House, as he returned to his former home at Breitbart News. “If there’s any confusion out there, let me clear it up: I’m leaving the White House and going to war for Trump against his opponents — on Capitol Hill, in the media, and in corporate America,” the far-right firebrand told Bloomberg News in his first comments since his departure was announced yesterday, according to.

Breitbart — the provocative right-wing news outlet which Bannon headed before joining Trump’s team — said he had returned as executive chairman last afternoon and had chaired the company’s evening editorial meeting.

“The populist-nationalist movement got a lot stronger today,” said Breitbart News editor-in-chief Alex Marlow. “Breitbart gained an executive chairman with his finger on the pulse of the Trump agenda.”
