John Boner has the authority to arrest Lois Lerner for contempt. Will he do it? Can a rattlesnake do pushups? I believe Trey Gowdy is plenty competent to chair the Benghazi investigation AND occupy the Speaker's chair. I guarantee you he has a cage with Lerner's name on it….
