Congressman Lee Zeldin (R-NY) has sent a letter to Attorney Jeff Sessions demanding to know his involvement in the decision to allow the FBI to raid the private office and home of President Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen.
Zeldin’s letter was also signed by four other ultra-conservative House members, most of them members of the House Freedom Caucus.
Zeldin made the letter public in a Tuesday afternoon tweet with the following lead-in:
“Sent letter to @jeffsessions yest. w/@Jim_Jordan @RepMarkMeadows @RepMattGaetz @RepDeSantis re no knock raid of Michael Cohen’s residence & office. No reason for this action against POTUS’ personal atty outside scope of Mueller probe w/out AG’s awareness, involvement & signoff”

So, New Yorkers prefer corruption in government versus ethical conduct and integrity. No wonder New York is hemorrhaging money and its smart residents are racing to get the hell out.

Keep fighting these criminals for the American people. Mueller is out of control spending our tax dollars on nothing!
