Apparently very pleased with his answer, IRS commissioner John Koskinen giggles after admitting to Rep. Kevin Brady, “Wherever we (IRS) can we follow the law.”

In other words, “If it isn’t a great deal of effort we will actually obey the law. Otherwise we will blatantly violate existing law.”

Koskinen should already be in jail for perjury. He is a career parasite, of less value to society than the rope it would take to hang him.
