UPDATE, July 4, 2016, 9 AM, CDT: Huguenard’s facebook post was from May 29, 2016, leading us to believe that the story is wishful thinking, at best, and likely not at all true. Strike Three. Sorry, folks, looks like we got suckered!

Even though the story was widely disseminated by the likes of Breitbart and others, we now believe it is untrue.

UPDATE, July 3, 2016: OK, I am praying that the original report of the Clintons being charged with federal racketeering is completely true, but I am now starting to see a few cracks in the story.

I consider Huffington Post a highly credible source, if extremely slanted to the left. They originally reported that the Clintons were facing racketeering charges. However, I have now discovered that it wasn’t an approved Huffpo article, but rather a post to Huffpo’s blog by a contributor, not approved by editorial staff. Strike One.

Digging a bit deeper, I have discovered that Global Research has had a colorful past, to put it mildly, of reporting not exactly the most accurate information. In this case, however, all they did was capture the Huffpo piece that Huffpo itself, for some unexplained reason, deleted. Possibly Strike Two, maybe a bad call by the umpire. It happens!

Why did they delete it? Was it because they didn’t believe the report, didn’t want to believe the report, or because they are hopeless Clinton apologists and DID believe the report and didn’t want it broadcasted from their site? Is this Strike Three?

So that my readers may understand to which story I am referring, I am leaving up the following excerpt, which now appears to lack any credibility….

James Comey and The FBI will present a recommendation to Loretta Lynch, Attorney General of the Department of Justice, that includes a cogent argument that the Clinton Foundation is an ongoing criminal enterprise engaged in money laundering and soliciting bribes in exchange for political, policy and legislative favors to individuals, corporations and even governments both foreign and domestic.
