Former Trump antagonist and Republican primary opponent Carly Fiorina has endorsed Donald Trump for President.
This is a much more important endorsement than many people realize. Fiorina has a solid following, especially among professional women, a key demographic that has been one of the weakest for Trump.
Trump has now been endorsed by most of this former primary opponents, Canadian Cruz and John Kasich being exceptions and traitors to the Republican Party.

According to a tweet from Washington State GOP, Fiorina made her endorsement while speaking at a Fall dinner for the Washington State Republican Party, saying, “we must have President Trump – we can’t have President Clinton.”
Fiorina’s endorsement allegedly drew positive reactions from the crowd.
Though Fiorina briefly served as Sen. Ted Cruz’s running-mate during the GOP primary, her decision to endorse Trump stands in contrast to the Texas Senator, who refused to endorse the real-estate mogul while speaking at the RNC. When Cruz advised conservatives to “vote your conscience,” the RNC crowd booed him off the stage.
Alongside Cruz, Fiorina also had a turbulent relationship with Trump during the primary when he said: “Look at that face! Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next president?!”
While Fiorina never explicitly claimed the #NeverTrump label for herself, the movement largely sees her endorsement as a betrayal.
