Will one of you liberals out there please explain to me how foreigners are able to see what is happening in America, and you, who live right here in the midst of it, are completely blind. Please explain that to me.
Charles Payne: Two billion dollars over ten years to create 5,000 jobs. What gives you that confidence to make that kind of pledge?
Anthony Pratt: Well, we’re very honored to make the pledge before the President and the First Lady, announcing that because of his great leadership we’re going to invest this $2 billion to create 5,000 high-paying manufacturing jobs, mainly in the Midwest.
We just think that President Trump, we’re very enthusiastic about him, the jobs numbers that came out last week show that unemployment is at a decade long low and that’s why we’re doubling down on our investment…
Charles Payne: And it also shows in my mind these goods-producing jobs, right, the manufacturing jobs, the mining jobs, the construction jobs, those jobs that in my mind were at the heart of what propelled President Trump into the White House in the first place, they’re starting to come back, but they still need investment, they still need people like you to step up to the plate.
Is it the idea of lower taxes, lower regulations, and just a cheerleader for business in the White House?
Anthony Pratt: Absolutely, President Trump is one of the huge reasons that we made the pledge. We employ 7,000 people today in 68 factories across America, and in some ways, you know, we make cardboard boxes, everything goes in a box, so we’re a bit of a barometer of a manufacturing economy… We’re seeing companies starting to come back from China to places like Ohio.
Again, the confidence in President Trump, the low energy costs in America, and just the great productivity of Americans, the highest in the world.
