There seems to be more than one faction involved in the organization and management of the upcoming “Truckers for the Constitution” rally in Washington DC, a three-day ride around I-495, theinner loop of the beltway through the heart of the nation’s capital city.

One of the more “militant”, for lack of a better word, protest organizers is Earl Conlon of Georgia. He is quoted as intending to arrest Congressmen through the use of citizen grand juries. That seems like an unlikely turn of events, given that the Capital police just this week demonstrated their willingness to shoot and kill unarmed motorists. I doubt truckers would fare much better than a single woman when faced with their callous disregard for human life.

The civil actions of the truckers to effect political change will consist largely of occupying three adjoining lanes of traffic with big rig trucks, going the 55 mph speed limit. The protest is set to begin in the morning hours of this coming Friday, October 11th.

The truckers are protesting issues pertaining to intrusion and restrictions upon their ability to drive and earn a living as it relates to the Federal Government. That is not their main focus or motivation, though. They are primarily representing main stream Americans who are fed up with the tyrannical conduct and assault on our Constitution which is coming fast and furious out of Washington DC.

Conlon made a statement, saying, “We’re not asking for impeachment, we’re asking for the arrest of everyone in government who has violated their oath of office.” He indicated that a citizen’s grand jury, convened without requiring court approval, would be a legitimate Constitutional mechanism through which the arrest of the offending Congressmen could be carried out.

Conlon continued, “We want these people arrested, and we’re coming in with the grand jury to do it,” he said. “We are going to ask the law enforcement to uphold their constitutional oath and make these arrests. If they refuse to do it, by the power of the people of the United States and the people’s grand jury, they don’t want to do it, we will. … We the people will find a way.”

Conlon makes some strong arguments for the trucker’s case, which will likely go unaddressed if the hand of Congress is not forced in some way. Among their complaints are the treason committed by those complicit in the funneling of weapons to Al Qaeda in Syria, as well as those who supported and enabled the treasonous acts. He also specifically named others he considers culpable, including Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., as politicians he will seek to arrest for alleged acts against the Constitution.

A high turnout for the event is expected. Conlon affirmed that so many truckers have contacted him, he’s lost count. He closed by saying, “What we want to do is go in nice and peaceful and keep it as peaceful as possible… but if they decide to get ugly with us we’re going to do what we have to do,” he said. “If all I get is one or two congressmen walked out of there in handcuffs, that will be a shot across the bow that will ripple across all branches of government. … I hope they are all civil enough and brave enough to step out onto the congressional steps.”

Civility is easy enough to find in the public persona of the Washington politicians, bravery is another thing entirely and not commonly found among the ranks of the gang of 537.

One thing does concern me slightly and it is totally within the realm of possibility. There has been a lot of speculation about an event happening in DC or the area referred to as FEMA region three in October. The general timing has been indicated as being the first or mid part of the month. This unknown event is described as some sort of fabricated national emergency involving a declaration of martial law.

With Hussein Obama being painted into an ever smaller corner, one would hope that he doesn’t seize upon this DC trucker shutdown as an opportunity to call out the military to take what he would be able to describe as “corrective and appropriate emergency response in the national interest.”

Another thought that occurs to me is the possibility of this being a false flag event of sorts, orchestrated from within the government to create that perceived justification for a martial law declaration.

Hussein Obama cancelled his trip to Indonesia over this weekend. Did he have a specific reason in mind? Does he have a surprise waiting for some unwitting truckers and the American people?

There is no limit to the depths that this faux president will stoop to in the retention and expansion of his power and control. Let’s hope that what is a civil rights action by some patriotic Americans remains civil, and that our rights as Americans are not infringed by a desperate despotic individual who views himself through the eyes of Stalin or Mao.
