Article V of the United States Constitution. Convention of States. Definitely the easiest, most rapid, most peaceful solution to the horrible situation we American citizens have found ourselves in. We have been sold down the river by those who represent us in Washington. It is time to send them packing and repair the damage they have done. Several states are on board with this and the movement is picking up momentum….
