The comment, caught on a hot mic that Hussein didn’t know was hot, was made at the Nuclear Security Summit in Seoul, South Korea in 2012, regarding missile defense. American NUCLEAR SECURITY! That is what Hussein was irresponsibly playing with.
Translation: “I must put on a show for the world here and now to prove what a badass leader I am. After the election, the votes are in, the people don’t matter anymore, and the party resumes.”
