Apparently, Articles of Impeachment have been drafted in the House of Representatives. It is believed that those Articles have not been formally filed yet.

Fox News reporter Chad Pergram made the announcement of the pending impeachment proceeding Friday afternoon via Twitter.

Though impeachment in the House may be a likelihood, conviction in the Senate, where a 2/3 majority is needed, is not.

Bottom line: Rosenstein has little to fear from Congress. Likewise, he has little to fear from Jeff Sessions, who has done little in office other than bail on his boss (recusal) and ensure the swamp remains the swamp.

Rosenstein does, however, have much to fear with President Trump, who can fire him in an instant.
