Bill and Hillary Clinton SC The Clintons and the Muslim Brotherhood

The Clintons are world famous, not only because Bill Clinton was a successful president, but also because they managed to amass an immense amount of notoriety as well as wealth through their many foundations and nonprofits. Hillary left the Secretary of State office in shambles, with her infamous involvement in the Benghazi scandal. However, what remained with the public was Hillary’s irritated and chilly statement “what difference does it make.” Four Americans died in the Benghazi terrorist attack, and Hillary was involved in deceiving the American public about what really happened and why. Now once again, the Clinton empire is in news.

The Washington Times reported on the nefarious connections of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Clinton Foundation. A senior Muslim Brotherhood official, who until recently had been employed by the William J. Clinton Foundation, was arrested in Cairo on Tuesday and charged with inciting violence. Gehad al Haddad served for five years as a top official at the Clinton Foundation, a nonprofit group founded by former President Bill Clinton. Whether the Clintons knew about Haddad’s connections with the Muslim Brotherhood remains questionable, but what matters is what Haddad achieved while working with the Clintons; it gave him enough clout to push the Muslim Brotherhood’s Islamist agenda in America, Egypt, and around the world. As the organization’s spokesperson, Haddad was found defending even their actions against their own people. Haddad was raised in a family of prominent Brotherhood supporters and became the public face of the Islamist organization. Nonetheless, much of his official work with the Brotherhood took place while he was still claiming to be employed by the Clinton Foundation!

Morsi, the previous President of Egypt, was kicked out by Egyptians in a people’s coup. The military-backed Egyptian government has been very specific about its anathema to the Muslim Brotherhood and successfully shut down most of its operations as well as arrested most of its top leaders (including Haddad and his father, who was a top foreign policy advisor to Morsi.) El-Haddad served as the Clinton Foundation’s city director from August 2007 to August 2012. The Muslim Brotherhood remains as one of the most radical and vile Islāmic organizations that had been kept under tight control by Morsi’s predecessor, Hosni Mubarak (backed by the military.) The Brotherhood was also the alma mater of Osama Bin Laden’s second in command, Ayman al Zawahiri.

Just a month after El-Haddad left the Clinton Foundation to work full-time for the Brotherhood, former President Morsi was invited to deliver his first major speech at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), the high profile political family’s other nonprofit! Haddad told “The Independent” that he applied the knowledge he learned at the Clinton Foundation to his work at the Renaissance Project (which was not exactly an economic recovery program as the Brotherhood claimed, but rather a program more in line with the Brotherhood’s extremist religious agenda and plans to turn Egypt into an Islamic nation.)

It’s no surprise that the Egyptian military acted swiftly and apprehended El Haddad, who had been vociferously defending Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood’s shift towards radicalism and Sharia-dominated politics in Egypt. It remains a hardcore extremist Muslim organization whose roots go back a few decades. America’s CAIR, as well as other Muslim organizations, have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Thanks to insiders like Haddad, the organization has been able to penetrate the White House and exert influence (which of course show in the muddled policies and understanding of Obama and his administration.) The Clintons, of course, had nothing to say about their employee’s connections with the Muslim Brotherhood and why he remained with them for so many years.
