Breaking the human spirit and thirst for liberty is not so easy to do, as this woman proves, denying (ostensibly) the Iranian government’s medieval dress code for women.

Believed to be Iranian, she removes her traditional hijab headdress, lets her hair down, and dances provocatively on top of a car in the desert.

The youtube video has gone viral and generated much praise from English-language tweeters. If confirmed to be Iranian she could be in much trouble for her daring dance.

Asked what she was going to do after the video, the woman replied, ‘I don’t know, probably hang around town and get stoned.’

I can’t believe I just said that. Too soon?
