Welcome to Powdered Wig Society, your trusted source for fake news, aka news liberals don’t want you to hear.

There is clearly a new war underway coming from the left against what they are calling “fake news,” which is news that liberals don’t want you to hear, like this article telling you the plain truth about the leftist losers and their intention to force feed you the news they want you to hear.

The left is in deep trouble and they know it. Social media, Donald Trump’s ability to use it, together with right-leaning blogs has changed elections forever in America. The right has a voice again. We are no longer the captive audience of the liberal weenie talking heads who dominate the Alphabet Network Club (ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, etc.) and the leftist print media outlets which are all dying on the vine due to the modern phenomenon of the blogosphere and its refreshingly honest reporting.

The left is paying close attention since they had their asses handed to them by Donald Trump. It is dawning on them that they may not win another election EVER! They understand that the alt. media, including sites like Powdered Wig, is very powerful, is well right of center, and is replacing the mainstream media. It is terrifying to them and they must stop the alt. media or watch their grip on power slip away and their Marxist utopian social experiment die a slow and painful death.

I am not about to claim that sites like Powdered Wig are unbiased. We aren’t. We are decidedly conservative, but unlike the liberal tools that pass for mainstream media, we admit it. Everything you read at Powdered Wig is editorial commentary. We don’t lie. We simply relay our point of view, which to liberal weenies like Mark Zuckerberg is “fake news,” or “news liberals don’t want you to hear.”

Now, Herr Zuckerberg is promising to take care of you. Since you are not smart enough to determine what is “fake news” on your own, Zuckerberg is going to do it for you. You can thank him later.

Zuckerberg and his flying monkeys have developed a plan, designed to control the news you have access to. Vague and arbitrary, like all things facebook, Zuckerberg vows to rely on “our community” and Snopes to weed out fake news.

Wonderful! Snopes is a leftist tool! They called an article I wrote a year ago FALSE, even though it was completely true. I have had other problems with Snopes calling articles FALSE that are completely true. Link to an article I wrote on Snopes two weeks ago…. Snopes is a steaming pile of lying dogshit! Do I sound bitter?

What the world needs is an honest, unbiased alternative to fascistbook. There is a startup that looks like it is going to do well. The url is gab.ai. They took off quickly. Look for Thomas Madison when you sign up. They have been so busy it may take a day or two to get the account approved and set up.

In the meantime, here is Zuckerberg’s latest attempt to lead the alt media around by its collective nose….

According to RT, Facebook may entrust a third party (Snopes) with verifying content to stop so-called ‘fake news’ from spreading, its head said in a post. The social network, which is many people’s primary source of news, has recently been criticized for spreading misinformation.

Outgoing US President Barack Obama launched the war on ‘fake news’ last week, complaining that it may have had an adverse effect on the presidential election. He claimed that social media hosts “much active misinformation” that “looks the same when you see it on a Facebook page or you turn on your television.”

There is speculation that fake news about presidential candidates may have played a considerable role in swaying the minds of voters who ultimately elected Republican Donald Trump. Facebook head Mark Zuckerberg initially dismissed the notion as “pretty crazy,” but this week Facebook and Google both said they would change their ad policies to prevent fake news websites from using their systems.

In a Friday post, Zuckerberg gave an update on how his network is planning to fight misinformation.

“Historically, we have relied on our community to help us understand what is fake and what is not,” he said, explaining that the reporting mechanism already in place on the site fights fake news along with clickbait, spam, and scams.

This may be not enough to combat inaccurate news content, however, so Facebook is considering engaging “trusted third parties”to filter out fake news.

Another possible approach would be to have Facebook police itself, which would mean installing “better technical systems to detect what people will flag as false before they do it themselves,” the FB head said.

Links to news stories classified by the network as untruthful would be flagged as fake for people trying to share or read them, according to Zuckerberg.
